Worst service I have ever seen.

I baught my bed on Saturday. The agreed to deliver on Sunday. No delivery. Telephone calls were not answered on Sunday. Managed to aventually get hold of them on Monday midday. I was made a promise again the delivery will definitely be today. Still nothing and again calls were not answered. They promised a service not delivered and seems if they could not care about that either.
I was clear that as from tomorrow I am back at work there won't be someone at home. I was assured it will be today.
So you take customer's payment but do not deliver goods purchased.
