These terms comply with the National Credit Act (NCA) and Consumer Protection Act (CPA).-Prices are in South African Rands, inclusive of VAT, and subject to change.
-Incorrect pricing will not obligate us to sell at the displayed price.
-Quotes are valid for 7 days.
-A deposit confirms your order and payment terms.
-If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and refunded without liability for damages.
-Accepted methods: cash, EFT, credit card, or recognized payment options.
-Orders are processed after bank authorization; failure results in cancellation.
-Same-day delivery cutoff is 12 PM on purchase day, subject to availability.
-Full payment must reflect in our account before delivery.
-Backlog delays may extend delivery to 5 working days (within 100 km) or up to 2 weeks (long distance).
-Inspect goods for defects upon delivery and report issues within 5 days.
-Purchases stored for over 7 days will incur a storage fee of 5% of the invoice value.
-Refunds depend on product condition and request merit.
-Refunds are processed within 7-14 days after return and claim form completion.
-No refunds on custom or special orders.
-Implied warranty under CPA for unsafe/defective goods.
-12-month factory warranty for defects due to workmanship/materials, excluding misuse or negligence.
-Mattresses returned for exchange or warranty purposes must be free from stains, soiling, or damage.
-Stained, dirty, or unsanitary mattresses will automatically void eligibility for exchange or warranty claims.
-To qualify for our 100-Night Comfort Exchange, the use of a waterproof mattress protector is recommended from the date of delivery.
-10% non-refundable deposit required; stock is not reserved.
-Alternatives will be offered if stock is unavailable.
-Free delivery does not apply to laybys.
