100-Day Comfort Trial
We want you to be completely comfortable with your mattress. That’s why selected Bamboo Mattresses products come with a 100-Day Comfort Trial, giving you time to adjust and ensure the mattress is right for you.
Sleep is personal—and sometimes your body needs time to adapt. If, after a reasonable adjustment period, the comfort level isn’t right, we offer an exchange option under the conditions below.
Conditions & Eligibility
The 100-Day Comfort Trial is subject to the following conditions:

The trial applies only to selected mattresses and is not a refund policy, but a comfort exchange program.

The mattress must be used with a waterproof mattress protector from day one. Proof of protector use may be requested.

The mattress must be clean, unstained, undamaged, and hygienic at the time of inspection.

Stained, soiled, or unsanitary mattresses are automatically excluded from the trial.

Exchanges are permitted after a minimum usage period (to allow body adjustment) and within 100 days from delivery.

The trial allows one exchange per mattress.

Delivery, transport, and price difference costs, if applicable, are payable by the customer.

Custom-made or special-order mattresses are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Important Note
The 100-Day Comfort Trial is designed to help you find the right comfort—not to replace fair wear and care. All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
