In-Store Collection Option
Overview
Our Click & Collect service allows customers to conveniently collect their orders directly from our store once stock availability has been confirmed, helping you save on delivery costs while enjoying a faster handover.
How Click & Collect Works
Customers who prefer to collect their purchase in person may select the Click & Collect option at checkout or arrange it directly with our sales team.
Once your order is placed:

Stock availability is verified at our premises.

You will receive a confirmation notification (via call, email, or WhatsApp) once your order is ready for collection.

Collection may only take place after confirmation has been received.
Please do not arrive for collection before receiving confirmation, as items may still be in processing or transit.

All Click & Collect orders are available for collection from:
Bamboo Mattresses – Randburg
Unit 10, Industrial Park,
Corner River & Granite Road,
Kya Sands, Randburg, Gauteng
Bamboo Mattresses – Pretoria

Collection Timeframes

Orders are typically ready for collection within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

Custom-made or special-order items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated in advance.
Payment & Order Confirmation

Full payment must be completed and cleared before collection is permitted.

Proof of payment may be requested at the time of collection.

Orders will only be released to the person named on the order or an authorized representative with valid identification.
Customer Responsibility at Collection
Upon collection, customers are required to:

Inspect the goods at the point of collection

Ensure the product matches the order

Confirm that items are collected in good condition
Once goods leave our premises, they are deemed accepted and risk transfers to the customer.
Vehicle & Handling Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Arriving with a suitable vehicle for transport

Ensuring safe loading and securing of goods
Our staff may assist where possible; however, Bamboo Mattresses is not responsible for damage occurring after collection.
Uncollected Orders & Storage

Orders not collected within seven (7) days of readiness notification may incur a storage fee, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Prolonged non-collection may result in order cancellation, subject to applicable policies.
Important Notes

Click & Collect is not available for all products and is subject to stock location and size restrictions.

Promotional free-delivery offers do not apply to Click & Collect orders.
