Delivery Cost

We offer flat-rate delivery within Gauteng, with special arrangements for other regions.

We charge a standard delivery fee of R495 for all delivery addresses within Gauteng.
For deliveries outside Gauteng, customers are required to contact us before placing an order at info@bamboomattresses.co.za so that delivery availability and costs can be confirmed.

Delivery Areas

We primarily deliver within Gauteng, with limited service outside the province.

Bamboo Mattresses delivers to all major areas within Gauteng.
For locations outside Gauteng, delivery may be possible subject to courier availability and risk assessment.

Please note:

  • Certain remote or high-risk areas may not be serviced by our couriers.
  • In such cases, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within a few working days, with custom items taking longer.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on payment confirmation and location.
  • Some products are custom-made and may require up to 21 working days for delivery.

While we always aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Where possible, we will notify you if delays are anticipated. To the extent permitted by law, Bamboo Mattresses shall not be liable for losses or costs arising from delayed delivery.

Delivery Partners

Orders are delivered using trusted third-party transport partners.

Bamboo Mattresses uses reliable, contracted third-party transporters to ensure safe and efficient delivery of products.

Delivery Days & Times

Deliveries are available throughout the week, excluding public holidays.

  • Deliveries are conducted Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • We do not deliver on South African public holidays, including but not limited to:
    • Good Friday
    • 25th & 26th December
    • 1st January

Any changes to delivery schedules will be communicated in advance where possible.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is dispatched, our distribution office will email you the tracking details.
You may track your delivery by:

  • Using the courier’s tracking website
  • Contacting our customer support team telephonically
